Sleepless Nights?!?!

Thanks to Summer for these adorable shirts. I do have to be honest though...these boys have always slept well at night. In fact, last night they went 5 hours between feedings! I think that there have been other nights where one or the other would have gone longer than 5 hours, but it is always tricky to get both of them to go that long! Way to go guys!!!

Tomorrow the boys will be 8 weeks old. I just weighed Levi on our scale and it said that he is exactly 10 lbs.! I know some people who delivered babies that were 10 lbs.- I can't imagine!!! In fact, I think both of my grandma's were around 12 lbs. at birth. YIKES.

I would weigh Will, but he just fell asleep after a hard battle with gas pains. I am thinking that Will probably weighs a little under 10 lbs.. Why, you might ask? Well, Levi hasn't pooped in almost a week. I have him in diapers that are one size too big...just waiting for the explosion. He doesn't seem to be in any pain. Once he poops, which will hopefully be soon, he will probably weigh the same as Will.

Random picture below. This is cute because usually Will sleeps all curled up with his hands at his side. I had just laid him in the crib so I could go and bathe Levi quickly. When I walked back into their room I found him asleep like this. Stud.

Levi looks so innocent in the top pictures! He looks like he could be saying "who, me?"

I love your pictures. They are so adorable. It was fun hearing about your boys from Kate and Summer this past weekend. They both love them so much.

Kara,

Just wanted to say I appreciate you and Zach so much. Even more so with Brandon in Kansas this summer. I don't know what I would do without y'all. I love how even with two babies you're both still laid back and hospitable. I hope I'm like that when I'm a mom!

This blog is almost always good for a chuckle and I certainly got one today! How dang cute are these two?? I love the shirts even though it's not true. Not many people can wear orange and pull it off so well. Major blowout on the way, girlfriend. Geoff would have already used one of those glycerin sticks on him. Amazing he isn't even cranky.
