It was a Push-Pop and Sprinkler Kind of Day...

The weather was gorgeous a few days ago, so the boys and I enjoyed a fun day outside with Push-Pops and the sprinkler....

Levi (like his dad) doesn't like to get his hands sticky...so it was a hard thing to get used to!

so you're tellin' me that I just push from the bottom and there will be more ice-cream?!?

We had Jude with us this day, so he got to join in on the fun!

Jude-dude and Will enjoying their push-pops.

Will's 'G.Q.' pose.

You can see my first attempt at a garden in the background of this picture. I planted tomato plants, red bell pepper, mint and lavender (Jude picked out the lavender...so that one is technically his plant)

sticky Levi.

Part of Levi's ice-cream fell out on the porch. Then he treated it more like finger paint.

but no need to worry. my boys are growing up 'green'. will decided not to let it go to waste and just picked it up from the porch and ate it!

Then he gave it back to Levi to enjoy .... it was a community push-pop.

I didn't realize just how sticky and dirty the boys would get, so I just turned on the sprinkler and let them rinse off.

I love this picture of Jude.

Yesterday the boys had their Easter day at school. This was the best picture I could get of them. Will was in one of those moods where he refused to look at me. Instead he just stared at the ground with this funny expression. These guys are just growing up too fast! In about one month they will be turning 2!

Yum! I have not had a push-pop in forever. I used to love those. Love the pictures of your boys outside. They look so old and cute!

I can't believe how much older your boys look every time you post new pictures!! And I love that you let them wash the sticky off in a sprinkler outside--that reminded me of what my mom had us do when we were little and eating Schwann man ice cream on sunny days!
