This is just a quick update.
* We had a great weekend with our friends in town for Sing Song. Blake & Moriah drove in from Nashville, and it was sooo good to spend some time with them. I am so thankful that they could take time out of their busy lives to make a long trip to Abilene. Also, Jen & Hayden and Erika came for the weekend and stayed with us. They threw a surprise shower for me on Saturday morning. When I get the pictures from that I will update in more detail. It was very sweet!
* I had my 25 week appointment today. Everything looks great so far. The Dr. is already checking for early labor signs, but I don't have any symptoms or signals of early labor- yay!
* I am blessed...or lucky. This pregnancy has been soo much fun for me. I have been able to enjoy every part of it, and it has been very smooth and peace-filled. My favorite thing right now is being able to feel them move around. I am beginning to know the difference between a kick, a punch, a roll, or a snuggle. Their movement kept me up a couple nights ago until about 2 am. At first I was so frustrated, but then I began to think about how much I prayed for these lives and how thankful I am for them. I started to think that I will never be able to feel TWO lives inside of me again (hopefully!), and so I decided to just embrace their movements and find joy through it all. I think I smiled more during the hours of midnight-2 am than I ever have before.
* I have not blogged about our other "child" for awhile. Duke is getting so big, and he is such a sweet dog. His favorite things to do right now are run around the back yard with a small section of the water hose in his mouth, fall asleep on top of my feet when I am sitting on the couch, follow me around the house everywhere (I think he is in the separation-anxiety stage), and bother Zach when he is trying to sleep in his recliner. Here are some pics of Duke...he will be one at the end of June.

Duke is such a cute dog. I loved it when he was covering his eyes.
I love that you are enjoying your pregnancy. I loved all 4 of mine. The rest of the time will fly by so enjoy every movement there is. I miss those feelings SO much.
Duke looks like a bashful little dog. Such a sweet one! I think you have a great attitude about your pregnancy (and lack of sleep)! It is a miracle to be pregnant with twins and I'm glad you're appreciating the whole experience!
I love Duke! Such sweet pics.
you know GSP lost in the championship game this year! it was because Hayden wasn't playing (duh). anyway, i think they want him to play next season which means more quick trips to abilene!
