They went to the Abilene Zoo for the first time yesterday. We joined a group of families from our bible class and had a great time........
trying not to smell the stinky buffalo
feeding the giraffe
watching the huge elephant (I guess Will doesn't like the elephants...check out that sad frown!)
and just hanging out with a bunch of cool kids!
On another note, the boys are both pretty sad today because Whitney (Landon's girlfriend) had to go back to Colorado this morning. They both got in a LOT of cuddle time, and they are going to miss her for the next few weeks. I think that Levi knew that she was leaving soon when this picture was taken. He looks pretty sad...

Wow! It looks like they had a great time at the zoo. They looked so excited about feeding the giraffes. I guess you told them all about your wedding reception there. I'm sure they had lots of questions.

Looks like a fun trip to the zoo! It won't be long until your boys are running around and trying to climb over the walls to see the animals up close. I'm sure they miss snuggling with Whitney and hearing her funny comments.
Oh what fun! Their first zoo trip! I can't wait for that. Glad they are doing good on weight and height. What precious little boys!

i'm glad to see you encouraging your boys to pursue life science. it's never to early to start loving science and seeing it in everyday situations. good job, mom.
